Review: August 2011, I bought a sleeper sofa, style Name is 846 62 36. Within six months, the mattress went flat. They replaced it, the quality is substandard. The new mattress is yet again going flat. It's unacceptable quality and the amount of money this sleeper sofa cost means that I should have a sleeper sofa that is quality, that is reliable and that works. This piece does not. I need some help with this, I want a replacement or best would be my money back, as it's the 2nd time that this mattress has gone flat.

I spoke with customer last week and she informed me the mattress is leaking again and that they have no place to sleep. I told the customer when we replaced the mattress the last time that a sleeper sofa air mattress or even a foam one for that matter is not meant for everyday use. They are meant as an occasional altenrative for guests. We went ahead and replaced this last time even though it was out of warranty then. However it is still out of warranty and the customer has continued to use it as their only bed and the mattress is not meant for that use nor is it warrantied. I'd be happy to order another for the customer but this would be at her own cost.

I was misguided in my purchase of this sofa bed.

I told their sales person exactly what I would be using this bed for and I never stated that I use the bed every day. I use this bed two to three times a week.I was told this sofabed would be perfect for me. If I was informed that I couldnt use this sofabed as a bed two times a week I would have never spent this kind of money on a non functional piece of furniture. Now I am stuck with a piece of furniture that I cant even use and I am still paying for it. I feel as a consumer I was misguided and they only wanted to get a sale from me. This is a terrible way to conduct business. How am I to know what to buy when I walk into a store and ask for help and then get terrible advice.On top of that pay so much for this furniture? And not get what I needed because I was misinformed of the functionality of this sofabed.I dont want this piece of furniture it serves me no purpose. I purchased it for one reason to sleep on it.
