Thomasville of South Center

I purchased a new couch in May 2018. The couch arrived and within a few weeks I noticed the fabric was pilling up, the cushions were failing, there is a popping/squeaking noise coming from the couch frame or springs, and the pillows that came with the couch were poorly made. I also noticed upon delivery that there was some gaping in the material on the back of the couch.
I stopped by to express my dissatisfaction with the couch to the sales girl and her manager at the store. they asked me to email them photos and details of the issues. I told them I was extremely unhappy with the quality of the couch, the material and the couch overall as this was a product that they did not have in the showroom for me to see before buying so I went off of the measurements and information I was provided by Cheryl which did not match what I got. After some back and forth with the manager, I left and said I would email them the photos and details. The email was sent on 10/15. Several weeks went by and I had no update. I followed up twice but got no response. I stopped in the store again to get an update in person. At which point the manager said it was up to the service department now. I asked for more information and advised them that keeping in communication with me would have been good practice so I knew that someone was trying to get my concerns addressed. I was told that someone from the service dept. would reach out to me to discuss next steps.
Later that week I finally got a call, stating that a technician needed to come out to inspect the couch. A date/time was scheduled, he came, took photos, I showed him the issues I was having and then he left. I did not hear anything from the service dept. for at least 3-4 weeks until I had to call them. I was told by Sammy that she would reach out the manufacturer and call me back with an update. I never hear back. 2+ weeks later, I called her again and got the same story. a few more weeks pass, Dec18 same thing. and again in Jan 2019
