was a charge but we had decided NO CHARGE but at that time the line was running great line are guaranteed, a later *** had called back stating her line were blocked again, we than came out and unstopped it at this time there was a charge of $jetting is not guaranteed do to items that can be placed in these lineThanks Nancy ***

Also in Mrs. [redacted]'s statement the bottle that was found was found because they were cleaning the trap. I am assuming the reason they came early did nothing and left was because they realized that the line could not be jetted from the outside and instead of being honest they just left and charged us.
