My furniture is still not fixed and after paying 2000.00 dollars out of my pocket for a couch after 2 years I still have to pay more money out of pocket to have it fixed. This company has the worst customer serivce skills I have ever dealt with.

Phone response- Marty stated that the manufacturer extended the warranty for this consumer, parts have been ordered and are starting to come in, and a repair company is going to repair the furniture when all parts are in. help this consumer from day one, that is why I got the manufacturer involved.

Phone conversation - Ashley states that she had to pay [redacted] $50 for the initial visit to look at the problem, and then has to pay labor charges to fix it when the time comes. She was told that only the parts were covered.
