*** was offered to bring her vehicle back in to be looked at when she reported the problem and never brought it back to the shop she took it to another shopShe was advised that if she brought it to another shop she would be responsible for paying for the repairsThe initial repair was in
December and the issue was not brought up until November There was no working with the shop to remedy the situation and give them the option to fix itThe claim was denied by the insurance company as well due to no attempt to work with the business to provide the information that was needed

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not know what was causing the problem to begin with, so I took it to the Toyota dealershipThe engineer at Toyota was the one who told me what was going onEngineer John *** at Toyota told me that whoever put windshield in caused the problemThomson’s Auto Body negligent installation of the windshield and poor workmanship on the windshield caused the problemThat is when I made a call to Thomson’s Auto Body, and told them what the problem was, they wanted me to bring it inOnce again as I stated in my original Revdex.com report that it took several phone calls to them only to listen to them deny that it wasn’t there work that caused the problemI even put the Toyota’s engineer on the phone to speak to them so he could tell Thomson’s how the damage occurredThey accused me and engineer of lyingSo! as I stated above, I did not know what the problem was, so that is why I didn’t report it earlierThomson’s refused to turn it into their insuranceThey wanted to see the car, and wanted me to bring it to New Richland so they could look at itI told them that this was impossible being I was in the Hope Lodge in the Twin cities seeking treatment for cancer radiation and chemo every day and was very sickI needed my car to get me back and forth to the hospitalI missed treatment that day because I needed my carNever once did they offer to come to the cities to look at it or try to offer some sort of remedy for the situationThe work that they did on my car windshield and body was terribleI didn’t talk to them about the body work because at that time I was ill and trying to work, not knowing what was wrong with me yetSo with that being said between the attitude and bad work, I was not trusting them to do any work on my carAs far as the windshield problem I explained in my complaint to the Revdex.com that I noticed mold and dampness on the passenger side soon after they replaced my windshield, but couldn’t figure out what the problem was, so I kept on cleaning up the damp carpet and mold and it would come backAfter I found out about the Could being damaged when windshield put in I realize that it made sense, when it rained it would become wet And when we had that big down poor it filled my car with inches of waterAuto owner insurance said they needed to see (car or part) not bothYou have the letter that they sent me backing this upWe made several calls to Auto owner’s insurance company, so we would have some idea when they were coming to look at part, leaving messages with no call back to answer my questionFinally, after my slaw called and they made it out to the house to look at the partThey must have found out that I had an accident and totaled my car, being all the sudden they wanted to see my carThen I received a letter denying to pay because they all the sudden needed to see the car, after they said part or car they needed to seeAll the documents to back these statements have been sent to you Sincerely Yours *** ***
