 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:As we've stated before we have taken esteem care of this vehicle and we rarely drive this vehicle to have any damage like that.  We don't even take this vehicle for services anywhere else but the dealership.  There was no damage on the vehicle before we dropped off the vehicle.  We found the damage on the vehicle after we picked up from the dealership.  They tried pulling up the images on the video recording but they couldn't prove anything otherwise.  The car was dropped off with no damage, to the dealership.  It was dropped off for a genuine mechanical problem.  Thompson doesn't want to admit their fault and doesn't want to pay for this damage caused by them.  This is absurd and bad business ethics.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Some key information was left out of the response. In July, 2015 I brought the vehicle to Thompson BMW with a check engine light on for diagnosis.  I was told there was a total of 11 faults and just one of the faults with $2700 to repair.  After learning of the numerous faults, I agreed to pay for labor (appx $175)to make a complete and through diagnosis which would allow me to make a decision if I wanted to invest in the vehicle or forgo repairs and purchase a new vehicle.  After the indepth analysis was completed,   I was then told the entire cost of repair would be about $1200.  Next I was told the repairs were complete and the final bill was $865.00.  The same day the car was picked up after service, not 1000 miles later, the check engine light came back on.  We were enroute to vacation in Virgina and was told the light would not affect the safety of the vehicle.  When we brought the vehicle again I was assured Thompson would fix the vehicle at no extra charge or I would be given a refund.  This is the reason Thompson claims they paid the additional $1400 for repairs.  Regretfully that too did not fix the original issues and I was told by the service manager that we could have a refund.  I haven't got the refund yet.  Next I will be notifying the PA attorney general if this cant be resolved.

-------- Forwarded message ----------From: <[redacted].com>Date: Tue, May 12, 2015 at 2:50 PMSubject: Re: Fwd: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania in regards to your complaint #[redacted].To: [redacted] <[redacted]@myRevdex.com.org>
Hi [redacted],
I have reviewed it. And the business is lying. I have taken the car from them on Thursday, April 2 (they have replaced all four wheels and did an alignment). I drove home carefully, didn't hit anything. I worked from home on Friday and didn't go anywhere. On Saturday, when I got into the car, the tire was low. And I have called them immediately. they told me to bring the car in on Monday. I left the car at my friends house as I didn't want to drive it anymore. On Sunday we noticed that the tire went down even more and it was not driveable. Since Thompson changed all the wheels just a few days ago, they couldn't miss that one of the tires was damaged. So my guess that it wasn't damaged and when they have changed wheels and put the tires back they didn't seal it properly and were trying to disguise it, saying that I hit pot hole second time. So on Sunday April 4, I called them again and they sent a tow  truck. On Monday John M[redacted] called me and said that I need a tire change and an alignment. I asked him: Again? he quickly said, ok, then you don't need it. I asked if I could buy my own tire. They said it was ok. But then he called me on Tuesday, left an angry message, then called on Wednesday and demand that I need to put their tire on or pay 200$ for the loaner car. I tried to explain that the tire I bought is in transit and coming on Friday. He kept saying you either pay for loaner, or pay for our tire. It was very uncomfortable for me to experience such tone like I was a criminal or low life. I am a single mother and are trying to save money where I can. After experiencing all this, I told him go ahead use your tire, I will keep the one I ordered as a spare. No apology for them, no sympathy, nothing. And on top of it, they lied in their response that they gave me time till Friday. This is total bs. I have already picked up the car on Friday morning. so they couldn't possibly give me time till Friday. I am very disappointed in their service.

Sincerely, [redacted]
