Thompson Brothers has been delivering sod for over years and has many repeat customers Most of our advertising is word-of-mouth and our end goal is a happy customer We have had our fair share of break-downs, rainstorms and miscommunications this year that has ocassionaly kept us from delivering grass and makes for unhappy customers So far, we have been able to resolve of our issues with customers by discounting their orders There is no excuse for an unhappy customer, but at the time this order was scheduled our sod cutter went down and we couldn't cut for three days We send out semitrucks, days a week and were booked out two weeks so trying to reschedule these orders was a major task - and I missed this one Never intentional as we can't stay in business with unhappy customers I don't know how the order and message was missed, but that couple weeks was a very hectic time We do have a new cutter now I appologize to this customer and wish we could have had a different end result

We send out 3 semitrucks, 5 days a week and were booked out two weeks so trying to reschedule these orders was a major task - and I missed this one.
