Horrible customer service!! The service guy came to our home and gave us a quote of $*** for the work that needed to be doneAlmost a month later, we get the bill for $***What?!! So we call them and talk to some guy who says that there is nothing we can do, the service guy should not have given us a quoteOk it is not our fault he did and we were NOT ready to pay almost double the amount quotedThe guy on the phone finished the call by saying "If you don't want to pay, I guess we will see you in court!" There was absolutely no attempt on their part to try and work with us AT ALL! This is a big business and I am shocked with the way we were treatedWe will NEVER work with this company again and will be sure to tell all of our family and friends the way we were treated
