There is apparently some confusion from the business about my concern.  There was an issue of a $1000 payment in the past, but they are correct that it was resolved.  It is the $300 plus payment that I am trying to track down.  It was supposed to have been sent to [redacted] Funeral Home.  I actually believe it has been sent, but have no way of tracking it.   My frustration was in the fact that when I asked multiple times  for the verification of the payment to [redacted] (since they have no record of receiving the payment) that I received no response.  I am just asking that they fulfill their responsibility so this matter can be brought to a close.
