Very poor customer service and very poor quality product While their photos look AMAZING online, when you receive your product the material is scratchy and unappealing I did as asked and returned WITH THE TAG on with in the days, knowing that I would receive a gift card for a store credit What they fail to tell you is, you end up paying the shipping times and the taxes twice for your one original order! I paid to have my item shipped to me the first time, paid to ship it back and if I choose to use the gift card will pay a third shipping to receive product The gift card was in the amount of the product ONLY not the tax that I originally paid on that item, so I paid tax on the first item only to lose that and will again be charged tax on a second item if I choose to use the gift card It is a shady practice It is a scheme and a sham I tried contacting the owner on this matter and got accused of threatening them when I said I would never recommend this company to any
