I hired them to removed dead and diseased bushesThey only removed dead bushes
I emailed Thompson Landscape to remove the dead and diseased bushes from one of our propertiesThey sent an quote which I agreed toAfter a couple of weeks the HOA sent a violation that the diseased bushes where not removedWhen I contacted Thompson Landscape they stated they made an error when replying to my email and only confirmed removing the dead bushes and it would be an additional cost to remove the diseased bushesI agreed to the quote based on all the bushes being removed since that is what I asked for in my original emailThe lady that answered when I called blamed me and said it was my fault she made the error because I should have seen her mistake

We have used Thompson Landscape for over a yearWe only need them to mow our back yard since the HOA takes care of the front yardThe price of the mowing is VERY high for such a small yard but since this is a rental and the lease states it must be mowed we went with it 1-times a year we also opt to have Thompson Landscape trim the bushesIn Aug the HOA informed us our rose bushes had a diseaseWe emailed Thompson Landscape to to remove all dead and diseased bushes and trim the remaining bushes while thereThe quote they sent was to trim the bushes and remove the dead bushes We agreed to the chargesAfter weeks we received another violation regarding the diseased bushesAfter contacting Thompson Landscape I was told it was my fault they did not remove the diseased bushes because when they confirmed my email she only stated left out the word diseased in error and I should have corrected herThey would charge an additional fee to go back to the property After talking to the "office manager" several times about the fact that we agreed to a certain charge for all the dead and diseased bushes to be removed per my original email she kept instantiating we pay extraThe owner and actual office manager refused to contact me or take the call to discuss the problemWe have now ceased using Thompson Landscape and will be finding a new landscaperWho blames their customer when they make a mistake?! They have terrible customer service!
