We had a truck blow an air bag last night, so I got online to find a company that could help out our driver and get his truck fixed After speaking to the gentleman, he said he would get ahold of the driver and go take a look at the truck The serviceman, Tyler, took it upon himself to drive many miles out of the way to go get a new air-dryer while leaving our truck on the side of the road These parts that he had to drive so far to get weren't even necessary in getting our truck moving again The part that the truck actually needed they couldn't get until today Now the truck is fixed and I just received a phone call saying if I don't pay this bill within minutes they are impounding our truck But their credit card machine is also down so it's just up to me to figure out how to get them paid Even after asking the gentleman's name, he told me he doesn't have to tell me his last name His first name is Tyler and told me his last name was T He was very arrogant and disrespectful Now some $later to replace airbag, we are officially done with this company I just wanted to let others know how awful and rude this shop is

If the integrity of a mans word has anything to do with the integrity of his business practices, you might want to look out hereI was given the mans (Robert the owner) word to remove a truck bed off of a truck for him because he would send his man down in hours to pick it uphours later when I decided to call and see what happened, good ole caller ID, never answered
