[redacted] purchased a vehicle from us some time ago It was a difficult to get done deal requiring many stipulations from the bank in order to fund the loan Before we even were able to address the stipulations required after the contracts were sent in, Miss [redacted] demanded that she get DVD players put in the vehicle considering that is how they were advertised We verified that the van was in fact advertised as such and made corrective actions to please Miss [redacted] We scheduled an appointment to have DVD players installed, and upon completion of this she was to have called the bank to finalize her interview so the deal could be funded Day after day, we reached out to Miss [redacted] and either received voicemail which we gave specific instructions what needed to be done or she would say she will do it right now and never did it Finally, the day after the last day the interview was to have been completed, she called in After that considering it was day after the expiration date of the approval, the bank had us re-submit the deal to get another approval but this time around since her credit score dropped below tolerance, we were unable to get an approval We communicated this with Miss [redacted] and told her that we would need to get the vehicle back She said she is able to get a co-signer for us so we received the co-signers information but sadly, we were still unable to get an approval At this point, we worked with a tow company to get our vehicle back Last week, we were able to get the van back It is unfortunate that the funding of this deal fell through but banks have rules that must be followed and sadly Miss [redacted] danced outside of those lines We did everything we could do on our end to keep this deal together but we cannot complete interviews on the customer’s behalf They must do this independently As far as the $1,down payment is concerned She did not complete her commitment on the total money due to us in the allotted time We were only successfully able to collect $of her $1,due and absorbed the difference internally In conjunction with that, the only degree of separation between getting the deal funded and being forced to repossess the vehicle was her inability to complete the interview within the time frame mandated by the bank Even though accessories were installed in this vehicle, we are more than happy to refund the $down payment given to us by Miss [redacted] We have no ill will towards Miss [redacted] and wish only that this deal could have worked out If she wants us to help her with a vehicle purchase moving forward, we are more than happy to assist our community

Mr [redacted] ,I can certainly understand how annoying those phone calls and endless letters in the mail areI used to receive them myself on a vehicle I purchased and then sold at a later timeThe Extended Warranty companies do not receive their information from dealershipsBut, rather a list of all vehicle registrations is available through the Bureau of Motor VehiclesYou can rest in the fact that, here at Kahlo, we maintain a strict policy never to sell or share our customer's informationI'm sorry that I am unable to rectify this situation for you Best wishes,Natalie ***

Mr***, To maintain the integrity of your Chrysler Lifetime Power Train warranty, Chrysler requires that a 5-year Power Train Inspection be performed at a Chrysler DealershipYou did not have this completedHowever, Chrysler approved an inspection to take place beyond the eligibility period; stipulating that you had until close of business on 11/7/to have this performedChrysler was to cover only the inspectionChrysler agreed to re-instate your Lifetime Power Train Warranty if you had all necessary repairs made We were notified that you threatened to drive your vehicle through our dealershipTherefore, your visit this morning resulted in law enforcement escorting you off our premises

Mrs *** truck was here at Kahlo in August of At that time customer did have a DPF filter replaced and some other maintenance work performedMileage at that time Customer returned 1/19/103966miles, with drivability issuesAt the time the vehicle was diagnosed as have
excessive blow by in the cylinders causing the drivability issueCustomer was made aware of the issue and was advised that an engine assembly would be needed to repair Vehicle is out of any warranty at this point that would cover the engine replacement. As a goodwill gesture the service manager contacted Chrysler seeking some assistance on the customer’s behalfService advisor advised customer that dealer would try and get it covered with a $deductableChrysler declined to proceed that way. Chrysler has agreed to cover half the cost of the engine replacement even though vehicle is out of the mile engine warranty. The engine assembly is here at a cost of $9500.00, not free as the customer has statedAt this point customer has declined to have the repair performed. Service manager did contact Chrysler again to try and get additional help, however Chrysler has remained with the offer of covering half of the $repairDealer made no guarantee of what they could get in the way of assistance from Chrysler. Sincerely, Jason *** Service Manager Kahlo CJDR

Before a pre-owned vehicle becomes available for sale, it must go through a service and safety inspectionWhen a consumer shows interest in one of our pre-owned vehicles prior to it's having been inspected it is disclosed to the consumerAt that point, the consumer can either purchase the vehicle
"as-is" at that price or wait until the vehicle has gone through the inspection; with necessary repairs being made thus affecting the sale priceWhile I do not have the exact conversation to reference, it is our policy to present these options to the consumerI sincerely apologize for any miscommunication

When the customer arrived to our dealership in his Saab for an oil change, we advised we will need to check our parts department for the correct oil filter before beginning to perform an oil changeAfter checking, we explained to customer that we will be unable to perform an oil change due to
the fact we do not have the correct oil filter to perform oil change customer requested for the SaabWe did lift the hood to check for the oil filterHowever, we have viewed the footage recorded by our High Definition Security Camera of the Saab being driven back onto our service driveThe hood was closed securelyThe security footage is clearConclusion: No oil change was performed by usThe hood was closed securely on customer's Saab when it was driven onto our service drive and keys given to customer

The title has been delivered as of 10/13/When communicating with *** *** ***, we have experienced a language communication barrierWe have explained to her the tracking information we received from the USPSWe sent the title within the time allowedThe tracking information provided
to us from the USPS explains how the title was lost in the facility, subsequently attempted for delivery, and ultimately returned to us We made several attempts to communicate this with *** *** ***This was an unfortunate chain of eventsIn conclusion, we believe we did everything within our ability to get the title to her expeditiously

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would request a copy of the footage be made and sent to me to review. They are the only ones that touched my car and the incident occurred directly after them opening the hood. Their response is unacceptable and if their stance does not change, I will be filing in small claims court to recover my repair costs. They will receive a subpoena to appear and to provide the video footage.
Regards,
*** ***

We are mailing you the video footage in a USB flash drive
