[redacted] Thank you for talking with me the other day and you can use the information below to update your records Four years ago we put a pump in for the person complaining using a warranty from another company in order to help the clientsWhen we pulled the well pump at the time my employees told the customer that the previous company sized the wire wrong and that it would need new wire and the customer refused new wire and told us to use the new wire he just purchased in which we didWe documented it on pump report that we keep in the officeThompson Pump and Irrigation offers a full year parts and labor warranty for our workThen Franklin Pump offers a year manufacture warranty It has been fours years since we had put the pump in so the client need to get the warranty from Franklin we were working on that process and believe we had it approved and show up to the site as scheduled and as we were getting ready to pull the pump were told to get the “blank” off their property when we told them again it would need different wireThey then hired a competitor that has the full ability to work with the manufacture to get the warranty for the clientI have told them that since we did not change the pump and help process the warranty because the manufacture needs to work with the company that replaced the pump and that it is purely a manufactures warranty and not a Thompson Pump and Irrigation Warranty Andy H [redacted] Office: [redacted]
