We are having service issue of not having trash picked up for past 4-weeks We have contacted business several times and left numerous messages without anyone returning our callsOur garbage has not been picked up for the past 4-weeks

Failure to pick up trash as contracted I have contacted with Thompson's Sanitation to remove my household trashI was behind on my bill, however I paid Feb which brought my account current through the end of MarchThis included any late feesMy trash has not been collected for weeksI have called several times and no one answered my callI have left messages and have received no return callNow their voicemail is full and won't take anymore more messagesAny attempt that I have tried has led to no resolution

On March 15,I paid my bill ahead from June - December A total of $Thompson quit picking up my trash weekly like the agreement wasSo I called and cancelled my service with Thompson Sanitation on June 15, and ask for a refund on my money that I had already paid aheadThompson did not pick my trash up any for the month of JuneI spoke with *** and she said she would check into it and send me what I was owedI never received anythingI called Thompson Sanitation back several times (7-6-2016,9-21-2016, and 10-25-2016) every time I spoke with *** and everytime she said she was sending it out todayAgain I never received anything from themNow every time I call they don't answer the phone nor return my messagesAlso I am not the only customer of theirs who cancelled service with them for the same reasonI have two other family members who are having the same problem
