Mr [redacted] , I am very sorry your internet was not satisfactory We have called Dish Network and had them send another modem to your residence Unfortunately we are not able to install the internet modems, as they are contracted with Century Link I'm not sure why Dish Network told you this This is why our technician only installed your satellite television, and another technician came to install your internet services.If you have any further issues please ask for me when you call our office, if I can't get to the phone I will call you back as soon as I am ableJustin

I am rejecting this response because: I do not plan to pay the early termination fee therefore how would I get a receipt for them to pay me 1/AND WHERE IS THE COPY OF THE CONTRACT?

I'm sorry for the confusion on this, but after looking further into this. No where on any of the order, or paperwork does it state that there is a day free trial. We do not have the power to grant that as it is not hughesnet's policy to have a day trial period of their system. I did check to see if it got noted anywhere on any of the orders/notes when the order was placed, and it was not

I would like to know what efforts are being applied in resolving the issue of a cancellation fee. Thompson Satellite should identify the agent who took our initial order. He explained to me over the phone during our order for service there would be no penalty for early cancellation if I chose to cancel within days of installation. They are aware of the agent who completed our order for service. When I called to cancel service the company directed me to a Hughes net customer service toll free number and washed their hands of the issue. I am still out the cancellation fee and have returned the equipment

It is Thompson Satellite's Policy that we will not cancel your current TV provider for you We do not have the authority to do this We tried to explain that to Mr*** I understand that this contractor was representing our company, but we were not notified that this contractor
had told *** the the customer had died until April of We installed this customer in Oct of This representative told Mr*** what he told ***, which was obliviously a lie, and he chose to continue with the process and not notify us of the issue until months later If we would have have been told what the contractor did right away, we could have managed the situation.If you would like you can reactivate your *** account, and we will waive any fees for cancelling the satellite installation we provided you with I'm not familiar with *** policies, but at that point the should be voided Again I don't know their policies as we do not deal with or cancel their accounts for our customers

I am rejecting this response because: Although it may be convenient for you to deny any wrong doing, I clearly asked and was told by your customer representative who took our order there would be a day trial and there would be no penalty for early termination I continue to stand by my agreement and your company should also stand by the agreement terms of a day trial without penalty of $

Unfortunately we do not have the power to waive those fees with Dish Network, We can however cover of it Please send us the bill showing the payout, and will cover $of it

We do apologize for the miscommunication, but we are on the property tomorrow We will be working on getting this property up and completed ASAP

I'm sorry in the process of moving to North Carolina I received hundreds of emails and must have overlooked the response. I called today because I have received another bill from DISH with a $400 early termination fee. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF THE CONTRACT THAT allegedly  WAS SIGNED BY ME (I did not sign any 2 year contract)  I have asked for a copy of this contract once from Thompson satellite and twice from DISH. I have not received it.I do not want anything to do with DISH therefore I do not want to move my services with me to NC.  I do not want to pay the $400 early termination fee and feel that if I accept the $200 from Thompson's then I am admitting that I did sign a contract and owe the $400. So if I don't accept the offer of moving my DISH services and don't accept the $200 then I have no other options? Neither Thompson's nor DISH are required to send me a copy of a contract? They can't send it because I didn't sign it. Please help me resolve this issue. Thompson'srepresentative Mr [redacted] told me that Arnold West had been terminated (not disciplined) for his actions so then why are they claiming it was a miscommunication?  Please request that they sent me a copy of the contract![redacted]

We have reached out to Mrs. [redacted], and are currently working on a solution to her contract.  We're not sure where the information of a 30 day trial came from, but we were not aware any trial period.

do.  We have worked it out so up to $200 dollars of this is going to waived.  Arnold W[redacted] has also been severely reprimanded for not being clear about the 24 month agreement.  We did offer to move your equipment for free to your new location as well, that way no one would incur any charges at all.  With Free installation, Free Equipment, a $20 discount, and a 2 year price lock expecting no commitment is unrealistic.   Thank you for your time, Management
