Jim and Greg are the true definition of examplery work in their field. Very high level of professionalism with highest level of customer satisfaction you can get. Nothing more pleasant for the customer than saying: we got you , will be there and we will get you fixed. Then delivering what they promised you. The fact that they are there for their customers around the clock is just amazing. The fact that they have what it takes with knowledge and experience is just superb. I can't say enough about the amazing services I revived from Thompson services . Definitely recommended for anyone needs quality of work , experience , honesty , and customer satisfaction . Thompson Services have been wonderful and dependable. They have come to my home in Murfreesboro numerous times. They know how to do the job at hand, plus they are neat, clean, and very polite. I have called them a couple of times since I moved. One time, the owner told me how to solve my problem over the phone instead of coming and me having to pay for the service. They are prompt and reliable and very easy to deal with.
