movers were inexperiencedthey came unequipped for the jobabout minutes before the bank closed they claimed they were unable to access their computers and demanded CASH for our belongingsI managed to get together $1,CASH for them and they demanded more or they would take my belongings with them back to their place of businessCalled to speak with c/s next day and company avoided our calls and would not call us backfinally spoke with owner who was aggressive and rudeWe had asked for some of our money back as they did not complete the job contractedHis offer was to send another crew and charge us a "discounted" hourly rate which we declined

I would never recommend this companyI left numerous messages through voice mail and email to cancel my service after being over promised and under serviced with in hours of the initial conversationI was pressured into giving a deposit and was informed that I could cancel up to hours of the moving date and relieve a full refundAfter reading the fine print it stated hours after the agreement which I never signedAnd I called and no one returned my calls nor even answered the phone except for once where I informed I wanted to cancel but never did, this is still less than hoursI finally got a hold of *** through the he company who was rude and argued with me and refused to refund me stating they never heard from meI asked to speak to the manager who I had been working with, ShawnHe stated he was on vacation which is fineI asked for any other manager and *** told me that there was no manager present and that I couldn't talk to anyone elseI asked to have a refund and wasnot even listening to what I was told and proceed to say I am not speaking English and argued and hung up on meI tried calling back multiple times and left messages and more emails and no one picked up as if they were ignoring my callsThis was the worst customer experience I had ever recievedAll I wanted to do was cancel and get refunded because of the poor service

Do Not Use this Company!!!! Said they would be at my home to move between and amWas called around and said they would be running lateNot until did I find out the guy was actually over an hour away and still not finished with the current job he was onAround 11am I was told they would be at my place at 130!!! Four and a half hours after they said they would be!! Movers knew I had to be at work at pm and they had the nerve to tell me "when I move I should clear my whole day and not have anything else to do that day." They also failed to provide the condo association where I was moving their certificate of insurance until hours after they were supposed to be at my home the day of the move when I requested they do that over a week prior When I told them I was going with another company after this debacle they wanted to keep my depositMy advice, stay away!!

I hired these thugs to move meThey quoted a great price but that's where the great endsThe building I am moving to requires a Certifiate of InsuranceThe horror show trying to get the certificate was insaneI requested that the contact the building to make sure the certificate is correctThe person I spoke to, *** *** refused and said that he's not "doing my legwork"I got them the correct information (took a whole minutes on the phone with the building) and they still did not get the Certificate to the building on time, which meant I could not moveThey had weeks to get this done! I had to hire a last minute moving company and now will *** *** for the difference in price that I had to payDo not use these people, even if they were the last movers on earthYou'd be better off buying camels and strapping your furniture to them to moveWhere is the zero star option?

Beware! Beware! Beware! Worst company ever! Arrived late. Once they arrived to the final destination charged my card for twice what the estimate was. Tried to dispute was given the run around and told I would recieve a call back which of course I never did! Please beware of these price gougers!! Not to be trusted!!!!! Please don't use this company, I saw other bad reviews and thought people were exaggerating they are not!! Beware! Beware! Beware!

honestly can't say I'd choose this company again. The kids (yes, kids) who came to move were courtesy but very slow and inexperienced. We were quoted for 3 hours and had an accurate inventory, which the supervising mover also commented on its accuracy. They took 3 hours alone just to pack the truck. Then they took a lunch which we weren't charged for, but prolonged the moving day and we were already upset about how long the day was becoming since they had to drive an hour to our new location. The movers had also broken the leg of one of our desks...splintering the wood. In the end, the move was nearly twice as long and twice as much money as originally quoted. During a previous move, we were able to move our home in under a 3 hour timeframe with a U-haul and friends. We regret choosing the expensive route we did
