I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The billing address provided is my home address in England, UK.  The shipping address was only a MyUS, Access USA forwarding address - nobody lives there.  We have suffered a product that does not work as described.  We have paid duty.  We have paid shipping.  This is not my fault and we should not be having to pay anything again for the sake of Thompson Tee's clear design faults.  They should fix the problems and resolve this fully with me, as an honest customer.  I ordered these in good faith.  Our trust in this product has been totally let down by a product that is baggy and too short under the arms.  It does not work and this is clear to see now that we have tried these Tees.  I would like either a replacement completely free of charges of various kinds or a full refund.  I should not have to pay international shipping costs before I can have a refund.  This would not be a just outcome.

This customer did not pay us for international shipping.  We offer international shipping to the UK, however this customer chose to use their own international shipping which we were not aware of.  So if the customer did not choose, nor pay us for international shipping, how and why would we be obligated to ship replacements internationally?  This customer claims design flaws, however we have been selling thousands of these exact shirts all over the world for several years.  Had there been an actual design flaw, we would have been aware long ago and would have made the necessary adjustments. How and why would any customer expect a refund without returning the product?Again, we offered to send replacements to the address on the order, free of charge.  Alternatively, we offered to provide a full refund once the product is returned/received at our facility.
