Toyota Extra Care Vehicle Service Agreement and [redacted]’s Total Protection Plan.The Toyota Service Agreement was prorated and a refund was provided as per their contract. The [redacted] Protection Plan clearly states the refund/ cancellation procedure available within 30 days of purchase. As per their contract there is no cancellation option available after 30 day period.The mentioned “Form that was not signed “is the copy we gave the customer as a Quick reference guide to the product and our contact number in the event that service is required.We are sorry but we can not provide a refund of the [redacted] product as per their contract.I have attached copies of the original [redacted] agreement* the cancellation procedures, and the quick reference guide and signed disclosure, for your convenience.Thank you

Review: Since there were a lot of good deals during president day sale, my wife decided to look for mini-van. I was very busy with my hospital works and I didn't have a chance to help her. She decided to get mini-van with "fully loaded"options and was told that there is a car she was looking for. They didn't offer her any package or option (it is fully loaded!) and we signed the paper work and drove a car home last night. While I was driving, I realized that a car doesn't have HID light. My wife had eye surgery and has difficulty seeing at night time, and it is important feature for safety. I called right away and told them that the car doesn't have HID light, and nobody explained to her that it has to be purchased separately. I told them I am willing to pay the difference for the option since it is really important for my wife. They said that they explained all features to my wife, and they are not willing to do anything. I literallly picked up a car and drove 12 miles home. They told me that it is already "used car". How do many woman know all technologica features about a car? If she was told that there is optioni for HID light or this car was not fully loaded, we would have looked into that. We just took their words saying that "it is fully loaded" I am feeling so bad too that I just took my wife's word blindly. The dealer refused to do anything. Their answer is that we delivered a car. It is really unfortunate and sad situation. I don't know what to do so I'm sending e-mails to everywhere. I purchased "$45,000" car, and they refused to provide the thing I really needed because I just picked the car.Desired Settlement: It has been less than 10 hours since I picked a car. I want to pay the difference for an option and get a car with an option

Review: On 9/18/2013 I purchased a vehicle. The salesman introduce a total protection plan for dent,ding ect. for $1295 he never mention if I was to cancel at anytime for whatever reason that the money is non refundable. I have a form that was given to me that I did not sign and it state by signing below the customer acknowledges :the claim procedures presented above have been fully explained to them. the finance manager typed up the service contract for protection , the amount and here is where you sign it was never explain about the non refundable. I did sign that but my question is this. I purchased the car in 9/18/13 it was paid off and traded in at a [redacted] dealership on March of 2013 so I only had the vehicle for 6months and no longer have it. So, I'm out of $1295 because it was never explained the procedures. This is unfair how they present the protection plan. I think I deserve some type of refund. I have all the paperwork if needed.Desired Settlement: I think I deserve some type of refund .
