[redacted] Revdex.com, I am in receipt of your letter dated July 28, regarding the complaint of Billing or Collection Issues The tenants that resided in the unit were warned on separate occasions regarding marijuana usage which was confirmed by office staff and fellow residents on multiple occasions In the final notification for possession or compliance they were asked to vacate the premises for failure to comply with the drug-free policy within their lease agreement The amounts charged to them at move out were not cleaning as most of the charges for preparing the unit for new tenants were minimal The substantial charges were implemented due to breaking the lease for non-compliance where there is a $penalty and rent owed until the apartment is re-rented to another renter A 10-day demand for payment was sent and no response from the tenants was received to review/negotiate their final charges therefore as stated in the letter, the account was submitted to collections for non-payment of the final balance owed All legal and financial parties associated with the contract were submitted to collections for the amount due Regards,Gloria P***Regional ManagerMTimm Development, Inc
