Had Jason and his crew come out and install a new service line to the house All work was done quickly and professionally Really pleased with the entire process
Hulsey Plumbing charged me double the rate to replace a pressure relief valve at my home
Then when I needed them to come back with a part they had allegedly ordered, I could not get them to return In my estimation, they are the most unprofessional service provided I've ever encountered
Back on February 4th I contacted *** Plumbing to come out to my house to check out a busted pipe that occurred upstairs in my Master Bath TubI had a plumber out at my house for hours and he kept telling me he could not find the issue, well once his boss called me and told me he was going to have him leave for the night and the boss would come out with someone that next day to see where the issue is the plumber tells me with suspicious that I think I know where the issue is and points to a hole in my bath tub, prior to him coming out *** the boss came out with my mother to look at my house to see if he could tell where issue was and the hole was not there either, for a fact I know the hole was not there, well they would only offer for it to be patched and *** would pay for it, well after one tub bath and one cleaning the hole appeared againI was told if it happened after they patched it that if it appeared it again would be replacedWell he came out today (Jason) bos
We had them install an entry way front door and side panelsThe installer left nail heads sticking outNot only did we call numerous times, they never return your phone call so the customet had to keep on calling backAfter months if waiting, they finally sent a repair person out who didn't do one thingHe said he didn't have the proper toolsHe apologized abd said he would take care of this, get someone out to repair things and keep us informedWell, he didn't do anythingNoone called ir came out to fixHe never picked up when I called him or never returned my phone callsIt has been months now that we have been waiting for the repairs to be doneAll we want is the job completed
Called Advanced Door Specialties to fix an inoperable garage door opener (would not close) They sent techs out the next day who tried to reprogram the opener to no avail (if it were only a programming issue, I would not have needed them) The techs were cordial but concluded that the problem must be the logic board and recommended I go buy a logic board and install it myself So, $later (service call), I was no further ahead then before they came out - and have now purchased a $logic board (waiting for delivery) $in and still hoping that it will be fixed Seems to me that a garage service door company would actually provide service Very disappointing I would not recommend using this company
