On 6/2/I placed a to go order When I got home, a substantial amount of the pizza I ordered was stuck to the cardboard and not able to be consumed I called Fireside, spoke with the manager and expressed my complaint They apologized and the call ended Shortly after I received a telephone call from MrH*** (operations manager) He had been informed of the situation and wanted to help resolve the issue He offered to credit a portion of the bill to the credit card used and also send some gift certificates for future use I thanked him, as I thought this was fair It is now 6/30/and I have neither seen the credit or the gift certificates I have spoken with Mr*** 3-times concerning this The most recent was on 6/25/ He told me he was having difficulties crediting the account On the most recent call I was led to believe that since he was at this point unable to credit the account that he would be sending a check to cover the cost I forgot to mention
