I received the customer complaint initiated by Ms*** ***On September 3, 2016, Ms. *** came Into Our store to order a plant arrangement for her cousinI transferred the order to a flower shop in California via our network of floristsOn September 5, Labor Day, Ms
*** came in to advise that she was unhappy with whet was sent to her cousinI called her the next day to discuss and then called the flower shop in CaliforniaThe owner of Azar Florist in lnrine, CA was willing to resend an arrangement of equal valueI attempted to call Ms*** with no success as her cell phone would not take voice mail messagesShe came into the shop and I advised her of thisI assured her that we would take care of this and make it rightShe did not want the shop to resend an arrangement as she no longer trusted themShe said she would obtain a picture of what was sent and would text it to me, which she did the next day on the 7th at pI called the shop and advised a young lady named Olivia that what was sent was not similar to the product ordered and was of poor qualityI was advised I would receive a call back from the ownerI attempted again to reach the owner with no success on the 9thOn Monday, the 12th I texted Ms*** to let her know that I would be disputing the charges with the hope in CA and l would ' let her know if they would be refunding the moneyThey have denied the charges, and I have notified Teleflora Corporate, Ms***'s order was voided today and she should receive the credit back to her card in 2~business daysShe will be Informed of this as well
