I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They can let me know when they are in and I will go get them. As far as this E-Mail war Mike is talking about I would have to wonder as I have had no E-Mail contact with him in years at which time it was about a price hike over night that he blamed on the distributor not knowing that I had already talked to the company. I would like to thank you for your help and I want you to know that for me this is not about getting something for nothing. It is about honesty. Review: The store has a flyer that we get every week. This week it had Hormel Riblets at $2.79 for a 2 lb. package. When I went to the store there were riblets that were not Hormel and they were in the Hormel spot. They were $2.79 per pound. When I spoke to the meat dept. I was told that that was the price and the paper meant nothing. This store is well known for this type of thing. We have gone round and round before but they never deliver what they should. If they send the ad out they should be held to it.Desired Settlement: I think I should be allowed 2 packages of the Hormel Riblets at the price that is in the flyer .

We do not print our own flyer that the person is talking about it is printed by a third party. On the occasion that he is talking about it did say $2.79 2lb package which was an ad misprint it was not intentional on anyone's part. (It should have been for a lb.) We explained that is was an ad misprint and cannot sell product under our cost. We have had numerous run in with this person and cannot ever seem to make him happy. He has bashed our store on Facebook and other social media and was calling me a liar and a cheat. Our store has been in business for over 68 years and pride our self with taking care of our customers and would not try to misrepresent a price or cheat anyone out of anything. If this person would like to come to the store I would gladly give him the 2 lbs for free for his inconvenience. As I stated before we are not out to cheat or mislead anyone.
