Thompsons Moving, Inc.

Thompson's Moving Inc., moved us from *** ** *** to *** *** at the end of August Several pieces of furniture were scratched and dented, but that might be expected in a move However, one glass door was broken on our entertainment center, and we were told that Troy would handle the problem himself rather than have a claim filed Since he seemed sincere and had been well tipped, we took him at his word It is now well over a month, and he will not even return our phone calls
Additionally, we have a missing box It clearly went on the truck, but never came off After two weeks of phone calls which were never returned (we kept calling even after receiving the message that the mailbox was full), we were told that the box could not be located No offer was made to reimburse us for the missing items even thouhgh we discussed the value of the items in the box
I certainly would not recommend this moving company because they not only damage and lose the items being moved, they refuse to be held accountable for the damage and loss
