Purchased a used car and this bank ended up financing the loan I kept the account in perfect standing Then I was in an accident and the vehicle was totaled I thought my insurance company was going to pay off the loan, and I would owe my deductible to my insurance company Well, my insurance company payed off the loan, minus the deductible...so that apparently I owe my insurance deductible to the bank in the form of a remaining balance on the original loan That would have been fine, except that no one told me! So this bank waits until I'm more than days overdue on my loan payment to call me and see what was going on As soon as I became aware of the situation, I immediately made payment in full and satisfied the loan Despite these unusual circumstances, and despite my immediately taking care of the issue, CNB refuses to remove the late payment listing from my otherwise perfect credit report

I feel the overdraft charges that have been applied to my checkingaccount in addition to the way my transactions are processed are the subject to predatory banking based in the timeliness of how long it takes to process these in addition to the charges that occur as a result of overdrafts
I switched banks in December of For some odd reason, CNB continued to pay companies that I had setup through their billpay system- even though I had stopped itThey waited until February to inform me that I owed them $I paid that on 2/24/at the Alexander street branchI am receiving letters from *** *** *** - a collections agency- telling me that I still owe the $I have spoken to representatives at the bank to verfied that my payment was received and the account was closed, so why was this reported to collections and why have they not resolved this? I want this off my credit report because it is FALSE! I have my receipt to show that I made payment
