The business has responded Please see below: [redacted] / [redacted] purchased Regupol Rolled Black Rubber Flooring that was permanently installed in his place of businessThere were a few seam issues that were repaired by April ***, The installation is good and there are no issues to the best of our knowledgeWe have repeatedly asked the customer to identify any existing issues and have gotten no responseOur lead technician inspected the floor and reported that it is installed properly with no issuesThis customer, [redacted] displays poor behavior and is very difficult to work with, He asked to purchase a new floor and have it installed over the existing floorThis is not necessary as the floor is fineBased on his behavior , we choose not to sell him anything moving forwardThis complaint filed by [redacted] is erroneous, an unnecessary exercise because he didn't get his wayI forwarded this to our corporate counsel because [redacted] threatened legal action perpetuallyWe have always been attentive to [redacted] and his flooring issues, as we are with all of our customersOur warranty and the manufacturer's warranty do not cover damage [redacted] alleges that his floor is worn and damaged, however, this is not the caseWe have done everything we can to appease him, there is no reason for a refund or replacementThe floor looks beautiful, just go to [redacted] ***'s [redacted] Page and look at the pictures he posted: [redacted]

Review: Thor Performance Products in [redacted] installed a rubber gym floor for me. The floor was incorrectly installed, per the admission, and subsequent attempts to fix the poor installation by the merchant (via a subcontractor). Thor Performance Products finally sent an in-house installer who admitted verbatim that "rookie mistakes" were made by the subcontracted installer. The only means of truly repairing the matter was to either rip out the original floor or place a new one over it. I went so far as to offer to PAY for the new floor as long as [redacted] (the [redacted] of Thor Performance Products, who hides behind a "Sales" title), however [redacted] replied "We will not provide pricing for you to do additional work, as this is the last job we choose to do for you or your company."Thor went so far as to have an attorney attempt to harass and threaten me to discourage me from having the issues fixed -- again, even if I PAID to have them fixed.Desired Settlement: Refund of all amounts disbursed.
