I, Jacqueline hired this company, Thor General Contracting LLCMrBrandon [redacted] to do a small job, water damage to My Parents ceiling in the bedroom,Condo Unitit's outline in the summary of [redacted] insurance Structural Damage Claim Policy to use 1/2" drywall-hung,taped, floated, ready for paintMr.B [redacted] used 3/4" inch drywallStating: He knows what he is doing it will be right He first came alone with no assistance late in the evening after pmthen ask me, a female customer to help him with hanging the Dry Wall and handing him tools he neededI ask him where is his help.He stated: this is a One Man JobThere was falling drywall in my hair and clothingthe second visit he came with one man to assist himThat man informed MrB [redacted] it was all wrong to take all the drywall downthen while the man was trying to all the dry wall , MrB [redacted] started painting the walls while the man was trying to re-hung the drywall .I ask him what are you doing , MrB [redacted] stated: again this is how we work everything will be alright Mr.B [redacted] only came in the late Evening because he said he has a Day Job which was not explain in the first time when I gave him a depositThis two day job turn into a day nightmareThen he return again to only have his assistance sand the ceiling and MrB [redacted] trying to paint againThe ceiling and walls are a disgraceI have been waiting days for him to return and correct this situation to No AvailabilityHe stated: to call him if I wasn't satisfy after the paint driedI call the Day after Thanksgiving he wanted a Greeting ,I inform him this ceiling and the Walls are not done correctly, Please return during the day hours so you can see the problem's with the work you have doneBut No Reply as of today's date and timeI would give this company a F- He did not Seal/prime then paint the surface area (2) coats,using the wrong size Dry Wall also he did not Clean BaseboardHe did not clean up after the last day of being in the unitHe was Paid In Full, But the Work that was done is a Mess

Mr. Brandon [redacted] to do a small job, water damage to My Parents ceiling in the bedroom,Condo Unit. it's outline in the summary of [redacted] insurance Structural Damage Claim Policy to use 1/2" drywall-hung,taped, floated, ready for paint. Mr.B. [redacted] used 3/4" inch drywall. Stating: He knows what he is doing it will be right. He first came alone with no assistance late in the evening after 6 pm. then ask me, a female customer to help him with hanging the Dry Wall and handing him tools he needed. I ask him where is his help.He stated: this is a One Man Job. There was falling drywall in my hair and clothing. the second visit he came with one man to assist him. That man informed Mr. B. [redacted] it was all wrong to take all the drywall down. then while the man was trying to re-do all the dry wall , Mr. B. [redacted] started painting the walls while the man was trying to re-hung the drywall .I ask him what are you doing , Mr. B. [redacted] stated: again this is how we work everything will be alright. I have been waiting 7 days for him to return and correct this situation to No Availability. He stated: to call him if I wasn't satisfy after the paint dried. I call the Day after Thanksgiving he wanted a Greeting ,I inform him this ceiling and the Walls are not done correctly, Please return during the day hours so you can see the problem's with the work you have done.
