I have the proof that it was sent and the documents attached. Furthermore the guy that called me apparently lied as he said the business had my paperwork but that they had another month to process the claim. Very shady business practice. If I did not follow the directions then how do I have the proof and paperwork that was sent. This is completely ridiculous. I have done hundreds of rebates and never had a problem. What a shady company.
