As I have stated numerous times, WE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY as stated in the Manufacturer’s Maintenance and Specification Guidelines for changing the engine oil according to the Supplement for Diesel Engines supplied with the truck.It is obvious that Thornhill Ford does not stand behind their product or their customer and has failed to honor the factory warranty; therefore, we have sought legal counsel and will pursue all remedies available to us under the law.

DEAR SIR OR MADAM THIS IS THE REFERENCE TO YOUR LETTER DATED ON 3/22/16 CONCERNING [redacted] 2011 FORD F550 TRUCK. ACCORDING TO FORDS SUPPLEMENT FOR DIESEL ENGINE ON PAGE 68, ENGINE HOURS ON TRUCK AT REPAIR TIME WAS 1,269 AT THIS TIME ENGINE OIL HAD ONLY BEEN SERVICED THREE TIMES ACCORDING TO THE RECEIPTS THE CUSTOMER PROVIDED, DUE TO THE ENGINE HOURS ON VEHICLE ENGINE SHOULD HAVE HAD SIX MAINTENANCE SERVICES DUE TO ENGINE HOURS ON VEHICLE. OIL PAN WAS REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLES ENGINE DISPLAYING METAL SHAVINGS AND CHUNKS OF METAL IN ENGINE OIL PAN. CUSTOMER WAS PROVIDED WITH A OIL SAMPLE WITH METAL DEBRIS PRESENT.
