They bought a year old truck with over 260,miles, after they purchased the vehicle as is with no warranty from us we fixed more than we agreed to fix, they drove the truck for months with no complaintsThere was warranty on the work by the mechanic who performed the work however they voided the warranty after telling the mechanic the oil light came on and they continued to drive (with the warning light on)When a vehicle has a light on it means there is an issue that needs to be addressed however he ignored the warning light and continued driving until he ruined the engineIts not his fault the oil light came on but is his fault he continued driving the truck until the truck ran out of oil causing the engine malfunction

Hello, I am just responding to the message received from *** ***l I am just getting a good laugh how he starts his response saying there was inaccurate info and lies, then he starts off with saying there were photos online with the missing switch There were no photos showing roof area where switch is That is why I promptly asked him about it the morning after arriving to inspect the truck That is why we agreed that he would supply a switch I even asked him on the phone prior to making the trip to come get it I asked if there were any flaws in interior that needed any attention And he didn't disclose anything And trust me, the space where the switch goes is very noticeable Moving on to the switch that he sent Which he did You know, since he said how he is bending over backwards for me Which is a joke It was the wrong switch Wrong color and it was damaged I don't care who he said inspected it I sent him a photo as soon as I unpackaged it He knows its damaged and so do I I sent It back to him for him to inspect So he knows the truth But thats not what this is all about The fact that I purchased the truck on Feb 6th and here it is April and I have received is one switch that is the complete wrong switch, and even it was damaged I even provided him with the part number twice Its baffling how hard of a time it was for him to come up with a switch, I just went into my local ford dealer and ordered the correct switch and the very next day I had it in the truck and the problem is solved with no help from *** So with all this talk about bending over backwards for his customer, and being such a nice guy, blah, blah, blah Im sure you can totally understand why I told him to get off of his dead as and do something Because the one task that he cannot seem to get done only took about minutes of my time Just fyi, If you own a business and you tell someone you are gonna do something, You make damn sure that you do what you said you were going to In a timely manner So call me a liar, drag my name through the mud or do whatever you must to make you sleep at night You and I know what really happened I just want someone to know what kind of experience this car buying experience this has been for me And what kind of an incompetent owner/salesperson he really is I think this proves it

They bought a 10 year old truck with over 260,000 miles, after they purchased the vehicle as is with no warranty from us we fixed more than we agreed to fix, they drove the truck for months with no complaints. There was warranty on the work by the mechanic who performed the work however they voided...

the warranty after telling the mechanic the oil light came on and they continued to drive (with the warning light on). When a vehicle has a light on it means there is an issue that needs to be addressed however he ignored the warning light and continued driving until he ruined the engine. Its not his fault the oil light came on but is his fault he continued driving the truck until the truck ran out of oil causing the engine malfunction.
