First off, This car was purchased 12/10/2015 and picked up 12/17/2015. Buyer stated I never gave him a "as-is buyer guide which me and the finance company both have one. The company I do business with Lobel Financial requires all documents to be signed before funding my dealership and this is one...
document that is mandatory. Secondly, I offered Mr. [redacted] a warranty from a company called preferred warranties and told him the prices. He told me he was familiar with the infinity and he was a mechanic and he throughly checked out the vehicle himself. He found a wheel hub bearing that needed replacing and we I agreed to fix it. I gave him a "we owe" form and he brought it back to get fixed a week later. We completed the fix. He purchased a warranty from preferred warrantys and made a claim for his repairs and they said after taking his money, and sending out documents to [redacted] and myself of the coverage that they do not warranty that type of vehicle. At this point, the warranty company had [redacted] car tow to there facility to inspect car. but only stated that they would cover 95.00 of the inspection. [redacted] gave the permission to tear the engine down and once they discovered the problem then the warranty company claimed they dont warranty his vehicle. Leron, kept me in the loop concerning the matter and said, he was going to sue them because he has done this a few times before with warranty companies. I have been nothing but straight foward with him since day one. The warranty company sent me his enrollment fee of $955.00 back with a letter stating there reason for refunding his money. I contacted [redacted] and he said, he would pick it up and he hasn't. So I am going to just mail him his enrollment fee back that is from the warranty company.
