Review: About a year and a half ago I order 5 Boxes of floss from this company for 19.95 plus 5.95 Shipping. I never recived it I call them and was it was sent and the lost was the post office fault . The post office looked into it and accepted no fault. Where I was buying my stop carry that type so I thought I would try Thornton again thisTime my Po Box.I order 10 Boxes of Implant Floss On Oct 15-13. For 19.95 for 5.Total of 39.90 for 10 Plus $ 5.95 Total of 45.85. On Oct 24 at my Po.Box. I recived a of 5 Floss.I right away I call the company left Message with the answer service. And sent two E-Mails. and recalled Still no answer And no 5 Boxes of floss whichIs Bal. Of my Order. I can't accept getting roped off again..Desired Settlement: My present and past orders or my money back

Review: I placed an order with this company for 5 boxes of dental flossers. I received an email with the order number but no indication of when the product would be shipped. My credit card as a temporary authorization for the charge for this product ($25.90) but I have been trying to contact them at various telephone number shown on their website ([redacted]) and then ([redacted]) and ([redacted]) and ([redacted]) - all I get is a recording saying that I need to dial 1 before an area code outside the area code I'm dailing from (which I am dialing the 1- number). I also tried to e-mail the company at [redacted] and do not get a response from there either. I ordered from them because my dentist office referred me to them. Please let me know how I can contact this company and if I will get the order I paid for.Desired Settlement: I just would like the charges to be taken off my credit card as I am not able to reach this company and have not gotten any indication if the items will be shipped.
