To whom it may concern,I had some problems with my comptuter and I called the Revdex.com to see if I had any complaints last week and they said they had nothing on file, that is why I did not respond immidiatle.Going back to the complaint about this Electrical short, the other store that the custumer is talking about is our sister store [redacted] The custumer bought his own brake lkight switch, and tried to put it on himself.but he messed up the switch when he tried to put it on and we reccomended a new swicth that we providedAfter installing the switch, we continue to have problems, with the brake lights, and we reccomemded to the custumer to have the car taking to an electrical shopEvery step of the way the custumer was notified and he agreed to have us take it thereThe electrical shop found a short in the harness between the switch and the lights and fixed itThe custumer was charged exactly what the electrical shop charged us which was $dollarsThe body work had nothing to do with the electrical work and if he feels it had something to do with the accident he should have contacted his insurance company and not usHe should have never messed with the switch, because if you do not know what you doing sometimes you create moore problems than good.Going back to the custom badges we told the customer in order to paint the doors those badges had to come outWe also told the customer that he should claim it to his insurance and get a refundIf the customer wants to meet for mediation, I will be moore than glad to provide the receipts and show that we did not do the electrical, and we did not make any money by trying to help him.Tahnk you, [redacted]
