I am willing to offer back a refund of $150 towards the service.

I am seeking a full refund and it seems like the business is offering a partial refund, however am not sure what the partial refund amount is that the business is offering. All details can be found in the complaint documentation.

As a part of the plumbing community in the Austin and Round Rock area for over 37 years, we take serious our reputation of treating customers fair in all aspects of the service call from start to finish.  With this being said, [redacted] is our 22+ year veteran tech in leak detection and is known...

by name in the industry for being the best.  [redacted], or anyone on the S&D team, would ever have the intent of ripping any customer off.  This is completely against our core values and I apologize if you feel that you did not get the value out of the service.  Even though leak detection sounds cut and dry, there are many factors that play into whether or not all the leaks are detectable.  Your situation may have been one of those situations that were not able to be resolved under the standard pricing.  That is why the pricing is quoted up front, for you to have the option to turn away service.  Our Service Manager ([redacted]) is on staff to make sure that all customers are treated fair and are happy with the results.  Let us know how you would like to be contacted so we can work out the details.Thanks,[redacted]

The check for $175 was sent on Tuesday the 21st- check #[redacted].  I once again apologize for the delay in sending the check and take full responsibility for the delay.  There was never an agreement for $200 to be reimbursed.  The final agreement was the following- you had a $165 balance, owed to S&D Plumbing, for the rest of your deductible through your insurance. [redacted] confirmed, via email attached, that we would put the $175 that we owe you for the clothes towards your balance and send you a check for the final $10 which is what you agreed on in the email by saying- "Thank you have a great day".  I attached the email correspondence email with [redacted], our Service Manager, where you agreed to the refund.  You should of already received the full $175 check sent out last week.  At this point I am willing to clear the $165 balance that you owe to us and call it even.
