Not only was the owner and his staff highly qualified and efficient but the reassurance and understanding nature of how the procedure was explained to me was also such a comfort. The entire process from start to finish is done in a systematic way and uses technology and documentation to justify or substabtiate all claims. In making comparisons with similar businesses ( quotes) there was nothing else like this, in comparison. Additionally, the owner went above and beyond to assist me with additional concerns and his staff were so deligent and ethical each time they performed their work.

I cannot say enough about Brian. I initially hired him to seal my home off from rodents as I am terrified of any critters. I feel completely ' safe' from these nuisances now! While assessing our home for critters, Brian also notices some mold and other minor issues that needed to be rectified. I wish Brian was my neighbor so I could have him on call 24/7!!

We wanted to leave this review as we just sold our home that we lived in for 11 years that Thoroughspect had rodent proofed 9 years ago. We had a terrible mouse issue that appeared to be unsolvable but we only had 1 mouse in 9 years after Thoroughspect did their work. We just had them do an inspection and after receiving the quote to seal the new home we are so looking forward to having them do the work again as we can’t imagine living with mice and flying squirrels. We have had nothing but good stories to tell about this company and Brian the owner so we thought we would share.

Although not cheap - no better application of the parable, "You get what you paid for." In fact, we got more than we paid for!!! The Thoroughspect team worked 5 days, 9-5, as professionally as one could imagine to get the job done right. After which we had the comfort of knowing the work itself was warrantied against failures. Following up 3 years on from time of service, Thoroughspect accomplished what we, and numerous other experts and professional concerns had previously deemed impossible: keeping our home utterly protected against incursions. We've been in this house 25 years. For the first 22, with monthly visits from the professionals, despite glue boards, steel wool, and spray foam, we'd always had incursions, droppings, etc... in our basement, attic and crawl spaces. Mice, bats and even squirrels on one occasion. This will now be the third year running that we've had none. ZERO. The industrial strength snap-traps Thoroughspect left behind, have served more as a proof of concept than anything else. None of them - scattered from attic to basement - have been tripped. We're frankly astonished, and of course, entirely 100% satisfied. Brian and the team are consummate professionals, one of the few we've encountered that not only deliver exactly (if not more) than promised, but do so with first-rate customer engagement, dependability, and service.
