Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [They kept saying they are pursuing with my loan and there asking for additional monies.Wouldn't you also be thinking that they were going to do the loanEspecially after they asked for the $10,000.Sure I thanked them, what else was I supposed to do? I Thank them for doing nothing! What a great business to be in if they aren't held accountable! [redacted] ] Regards, [redacted] ***

We contracted with [redacted] and [redacted] on January 27, The contract read that “The Parties seek to establish business relationships with each other as it relates to Client engaging Consultant for financial structuring assistance required for the project known as *** [redacted] ,, $million net capital raise.”Our firm worked diligently with the client for months on the due diligence process and financial structuring along with the preparation of the pitchbookDuring this time frame we presented his opportunity to in excess of 9,prospectsUnfortunately, no one showed any interest in the projectReasons given for lack of interest include, but are not limited to, a) geographical area, b) acquisition was too small, c) not making current purchases, and d) the project offers no advantages as a result of pricingIt is also our understanding that during this period the property also went off market, meaning that it either sold or the owner decided not to sell.In each and every event Mr [redacted] had his emails responded to promptlyAs a matter of fact, our most recent email to him was on October 5, and was in response to his email of October 4, The email reads as follows:“Hello ***Thank you for your messageInvestor appetites change from quarter to quarterSometimes even more oftenThey go from looking at the large acquisitions to looking for the smaller deals to fill out a portfolio. We reached out to more than potential investor contacts without successThus, now we find ourselves in the position of needing to modify our strategyI would suggest that we either reach out to funding portals (crowd funding sites) to try to raise at least 20% in equity and then structure a conventional loan scenario and/or Locate a SBIC and try to sell them on the dealPlease share your thoughts with me.In either event, the next deal that you present to us for funding, will be undertaken by Us for no retainer.”As you can see from the above, we not only fulfilled our agreement with Mr [redacted] but offered to continue to work with him on modifying his approach, as well as a future a project for absolutely no cost.We cannot understand Mr [redacted] filing a complaint in September and then reaching out to us in OctoberIn any event, Mr [redacted] thanked us for our offer to undertake another project for him at no cost and we have been waiting for him to submit another project for our assistanceThis complaint is uncalled for on his behalf and we request that our response be published accordingly and/or the complaint removed

We contracted with [redacted] and [redacted] on January 27, 2017. The contract read that “The Parties seek to establish business relationships with each other as it relates to Client engaging Consultant for financial structuring assistance required for the project known as [redacted]...

[redacted],, $1.375 million net capital raise.”Our firm worked diligently with the client for months on the due diligence process and financial structuring along with the preparation of the pitchbook. During this time frame we presented his opportunity to in excess of 9,000 prospects. Unfortunately, no one showed any interest in the project. Reasons given for lack of interest include, but are not limited to, a) geographical area, b) acquisition was too small, c) not making current purchases, and d) the project offers no advantages as a result of pricing. It is also our understanding that during this period the property also went off market, meaning that it either sold or the owner decided not to sell.In each and every event Mr. [redacted] had his emails responded to promptly. As a matter of fact, our most recent email to him was on October 5, 2017 and was in response to his email of October 4, 2017. The email reads as follows:“Hello [redacted]Thank you for your message. Investor appetites change from quarter to quarter. Sometimes even more often. They go from looking at the large acquisitions to looking for the smaller deals to fill out a portfolio. We reached out to more than 9900 potential investor contacts without success. Thus, now we find ourselves in the position of needing to modify our strategy. I would suggest that we either reach out to funding portals (crowd funding sites) to try to raise at least 20% in equity and then structure a conventional loan scenario and/or Locate a SBIC and try to sell them on the deal. Please share your thoughts with me.In either event, the next deal that you present to us for funding, will be undertaken by Us for no retainer.”As you can see from the above, we not only fulfilled our agreement with Mr. [redacted] but offered to continue to work with him on modifying his approach, as well as a future a project for absolutely no cost.We cannot understand Mr. [redacted] filing a complaint in September and then reaching out to us in October. This complaint is uncalled for on his behalf and we request that our response be published accordingly and/or the complaint removed.
