I am rejecting this response because: SEE BELOW EMAIL REJECTION RESPONSE - Reject or Accept still does not change the feeling I have about JM Electric. I feel I was taken advantage of, by JM Electric. To make things right they should reimburse me for the days of missed work and refund ALL of the money they charged me for doing a job that was not necessary at the timeEven though I understand the panel is old and a fire hazard it didn't need to be replaced! If that isn't possible, then, I would like them to acknowledge that they didn't do the job they were hired to do, and admit they wasted my time and were scamming me for the money only,

I do understand the panel needed to be changed, however, it did not have to be at this very moment and had nothing to do with the original issue. Since I do not trust your company anymore, I will not allow anyone from your company to work on my property. I have retained a different company who has already identified the issue and is making the repairs, which they are telling me is just a short in one of the wires which they have identified already.
