Hi we have worked with this customer since day one we have fixed the issues every time and never paid for the repairs always wanted to add them to the end of the loan because did not have the money we have had to pay for the tow truck to bring it here and my mechanic has gone to their house to pick
the vehicle up oTop of that she is behind at least months on her payment and we have not reposes the vehicle all we have done for this customer is up and above customer service we can not refund money when customer has not paid for vehicle or repairs I will have my mechanic go to their house and see what we can do for the last time and one more thing the vehicle had miles at the time of sale and they have used it for Uber. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with thank you ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I have verification of payments made along with messages on facebook and text messages on my phoneThe owner of the company only towed my vehicle one timeI paid for the tow services the other times or had my insurance cover the towThe mechanic came one time and the car actually started so he turned the car off and left our homeAs soon as my husband and I were leaving to go get groceries the car did not start againI advised the dealership and they told me to have it towed againI am not months behind because I made a payment for the month of November of $and they told me once I paid that amount they would have their mechanic look at our car to see what the problem isTo this day no such action has happened and the car is still in my driveway non operationalIf I need to submit the verification of proof of payments for repairs, car payments & the messages back and forth with their sales man ***I will make copies and submit for verification I have been trying to pay for any issue with the carThe first repair the owner of the dealership said he would add it to the end of the payments but the rest would have to be paid in full
