About years ago my late husband and I bought a furnace from Thorpe Brothers in Prince Albert, skThorpe's put a lien on the trailer, we got a loan to pay it off and they took it offAround March 2016, I started having problems with the furnace, I personally handed them $before they would do anything for me, they sent someone out to fix my furnace and all they did was take hoses off and blow them out and clean them with a coat hangerThat worked for an hourNow they want more money before they will fix my furnaceThat was weeks ago [redacted] my furnace is under warranty [redacted]

I hired Thorpe Bros to install a new water heater ( which I also purchased from them )
Just months after the install, the soldered pipe above the water heater is leaking I took a picture up to them of the issue At first look I was told it was a very old solder It appears to have been dripping for a while When I told the fella they had installed it just two years ago he suggested they might make it right, but when the Service Manager came out he let me know it's out of warranty and they will not fix it
It's fairly obvious it is poorly done
Unrelated, months ago I called to have someone come by and give me a quote on a fairly big job...having my "back flow" valve replaced After two months of waiting I went to the office I gave my information and was assured a call It is now six months later
I understand my initial issue is just out of warranty, but after looking at their work, I would have hoped a business would like to keep their name associated with quality and not with shoddy work
