Review: In March I contacted Mr. L[redacted] about refurbishing and modifying my rear shock for my motorcycle. He was quick in all of his email responses and assured me that he could get the job done. He offered many solutions and said to fill out work order sheet and have the shock sent out to him. I sent the shock out and tracked it through USPS to his business. When I saw it arrived, I waited 3 days to see if I would get any delivery confirmation....which I did not. I contacted him and asked whether he received the shock in which he replied that it did show up and he had it. A month went by with no further communication so another email was sent to see how progress was coming along. Over a week went by with no response. Another email was sent and again no response. I have tried calling and again no reply.Desired Settlement: Return of all of my parts.

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who stated that he works by himself and does custom work on vintage equipment and that it does take longer than a simple in and out like regular mechanical work would be. He stated that he has been in touch with the customer and that the work will be done within the next week.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted]. I have also heard from Thor since contacting Revdex.com. I do understand since he works alone that work would take longer, but I just asked for communication to be better. which it has been. This being said, it seems he is making everything right and that the conflict is being resolved in a professional manner. As long as everything goes as planned I will consider all issues resolved and will have no further issues.
