We have used Scheduling Manager Gemini software from Thoughtful Systems for over 12 years now, for our residential cleaning business Before we started using Thoughtful’ s software, we relied on some paper and pen methods, also spreadsheets and data on customers in QuickBooks. When we first implemented Scheduling Manager Gemini software, we were pleased that the software could import all our customer information from QuickBooks. Since that time, we have maintained the link between Thoughtful Systems and QuickBooks, so all invoices and payments we create in Scheduling Manager Gemini are exported seamlessly to QuickBooks. Also, any new customers we enter into Gemini are transferred.

From time to time, we have asked Thoughtful Systems for modifications to certain parts of the software, and they have been great at implementing what we want at reasonable rates.

We have found the support staff to be helpful in promptly attending to any questions or issues that have occurred with the software. We like also that Thoughtful Systems adds new features from time to time -- their mobile app is great. Also, the text messaging features, which let us send reminders to all customers via text message each day.

I highly recommend this company and its software.

We also use their mobile app. All the cleaners have the app on their phones, so they can see their jobs easily on their mobile devices and see directions from job to job. They can also clock in and out on their phones. We love the new SMS text features!

I've been using this software for 3 years now and I love all the features. I had a lot of trouble finding something that did everything that I wanted. I wanted the calendar to look a certain way and to be able to drag and drop the jobs and this was the only one I could find that did it the way I needed it to. There are so many options in the software it's great.

We have been using The Scheduling Manager Gemini software form Thoughtful Systems for over 10 years now. We have found it to be really a wonderful timesaver. We used to have to have piles of papers around, for the employees' appointments, invoices, payroll and more. Now, we can jeep track of leads and customers easily, schedule jobs at any frequency ad see all the appointments on one of the calendars. It is so easy to move jobs around just by drag and dropping.

All our account information is neatly stored. We can really keep track of how well sales are going, week by week, month by month and year by year.

Thoughtful always has someone available to help us with questions, and to help us find the best way to do things in the software.

We have been using Scheduling and CRM software from Thoughtful Systems for over 14 years. We're really happy with the changes and improvements they've made over the years. Also, their techs are very helpful when we have problems, Keep it up!

We purchased the Scheduling Manager software for our cleaning business in the mid-90s, when our business was just starting up. Over the years since, we have enjoyed all the new features that Thoughtful Systems offered as time passed. Including the new mobile app and the interface with QuickBooks, which has saved us a lot of time.

They were also very helpful when we needed some modifications to the calendar feature, charged is a nominal amount for what we needed. That has also been a great timesaver, and has been well worth the money we paid for it.

Overall a great company to deal with. Their support, customer service and consulting services are also great. I heartily recommend them.

Terrible company, very shadyPurchased the "latest program" which the sales rep tried to get us to purchase and then once we purchased none of the features she told us about were includedWe had to pay extra for each moduleSoftware kept giving us error codes, when we call for tech support the tech always has to get back to us, which is an inconvenienceAccounting is also an issue as the program "automatically generates" an amount it wishes to read despite what we input on the invoiceEmployees hang up the phone on you when you are frustrated because you cant get a hold of a tech support person, which there is only ONE! And if you want immediate support you have to PAY EXTRA FOR THAT! what is that/!? Overall not worth the money you pay and customer service is just terrible!
