Thoughts on Film

Review: I purchased some goods from the owner of this company on 24MAY13 from [redacted]. While it is not her photography business, the address that things were shipping from are tied to [redacted] and her address for her company 'Thoughts on Film'. I had purchased a large lot of video games from her. Items were shipped over a period of 2-3 months. During the time, she used the money I paid her for a cruise in Cozumel Mexico. She then stopped sending the last few items claiming she ran out of money that I paid for shipping. The last few items that she never sent me were the main reason I purchased this lot of games and consoles from her for $1468.50. The items she failed to send me were an Atari Jaguar, Atari Jaguar CD console, and a Dreamcast Console and games. I added up online how much it would cost to purchase all those items separately and it was over $1800. I filed a claim against her through [redacted] and they told me that I had 7 days to mail everything back to her for them to refund me. It would have cost me about $250-$300 to ship back what I already had and I did not have that money, so [redacted] ended up just closing the claim. Also have been in and out of port with my ship and am currently away from my home port for an big inspection of my ship.I have tried to keep communications and resolve things with [redacted], but she has since started to ignore any contact with me. She has also unregistered from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would to still receive the rest of the goods that I purchased from [redacted], or receive a partial refund for the items that she has failed to send me.
