Review: I was locked out of my house. T.O. Lock & Key called. The technician was called by the business and he came out to my house. He changed me and enormous amount of money to open the door. He demanded cash. Said he‘d drive me to an ATM so I could withdraw the money. He had no company car or truck. He was nervous and hastily fixed the door. The receipt has no name or Telephone No. & address. This is totally unacceptable and suspicious. The next day I called my company, American Lock & Key. They came out and noted that the job done the day prior was done improperly. Now I had to pay again for proper service. I demand my money back from Thousand Oaks Lock & Key.
