Thousand Oaks Powersports

Review: I recently purchased a used motorcycle from thousand oaks powersports. While filing paperwork I never seen anything about the financing. They said since it was done on a credit card they got me approval from I would get it all in the mail and my Apr would be 7.9% and my payment $156.00 Two weeks went by I never received anything so I called credit company and they said they had wrong address for me and my Apr is 19.99% and my payment is $234.00. I immediately contacted thousand oaks they said they made a mistake and they would fix it. They got me refinanced sposedly through another company. Its been a week and still nothing. Their communication with me has been sub par.Desired Settlement: I'd like them to pick the bike up and reverse the deal. I'm not interested in a purchase at 19.99% nor do I want them to profit from me in the matter of the same on this motorcycle. They were 100% dishonest and discourteous.

Review: Be careful, this business like to advertise vehicles that are not available, or have been sold already. I do understand that vehicles get sold and there is a time frame for changing the ads, BUT we called and they told us they had a bike in stock. we drove 50 miles to their location only to find out they actually had NONE of the non current model year bike available, even the sales person commented on how they keep stuff listed even though they sold it long ago. just before posting this I was looking on cycle trader and they have the same bike listed that they told us was sold a couple months ago. very shady to say the least.Desired Settlement: remove ads for vehicles already sold, stop misleading people.
