In response to complaint repair issues My name is [redacted] with JB & Associates LLC a marketing and General contracting companyAll of my projects are done by subcontractors The aforementioned property was done by Before And After Home Improvement that has vast experience in flat roof installations and repairsMy intension is to have the repair inspected and if there is a problem within the repaired area it will taken care of to stop any further leaking if that be the case..A note of suggestion to the owner of the property before the area was repaired that the entire roof needed replacedWhen doing the repaired area material basically crumped in your hands which had to be disposed of in plastic bags and wood decking was rotted and had to be replacedThis is the condition of the roof overall As I mentioned I will inspect the area that was repaired and if there is a problem on our account it will be taken of It is a good possibility that the leak could be coming from any area of the roof due to its condition Sincerely [redacted]
