Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The return policy gives a specific amount of time to request a refund and instructs to request a return authorization beforehand both of which I did and instead of receiving my refund I was told that it was impossible that the charger did not fit because your technician said it was impossible, told I needed to prove that it didn't fit and when I sent pictures of it not fitting I was called a liar Perhaps I missed this part of the return policy because if it stated that I would have had to endure such treatment, I would not have made the purchase in the first place I am just totally dumbfounded by the severe lack of customer service, professionalism and the absurd belief that laptops you say were tested that can only be confirmed by you represent every laptop of this make and model If cell phone companies operated the same way we would be in a world of trouble at the suggestion that every cell phone that is the same model is made the exact same way therefore every part made for that cell phone no matter who is making it will fit, again totally dumbfounded by this I don't understand why you have a return policy if you are going to call customers who follow your policy liars, it is totally unacceptable I followed your policy to receive my return but your company did not honor what your policy stated It has been just about a month now and even with this complaint the suggestion is that there is no way your charger could not fit because you say that there is no way Like I stated more than once in my emails back and forth with your company if it fit, I would keep it with no problem I can't wish it to fit nor imagine that it fits, it does not fit and the sheer fact that I have had to endure being disrespected by your company representatives as if it is somehow my fault or wish that it doesn't fit is absurd All I want is a full refund as it is not my obligation to prove to you why this charger doesn't fit nor my fault that it doesn't fit Like I told the last representative that was very disrespectful, I do not want to deal with your company at all after being treated in such a way Since I paid through [redacted] I am going to contact them and see if there is anyway this can be handled through them as far as returning this item to you and receiving my full payment back on my [redacted] account This is terrible Sincerely, [redacted]
