information was left at the front door of our office for him upon check in.  To my knowledge this park has never turned away any guest with or without a reservation. It is standard policy of this resort that when a guest does not show or call the reservation is still kept and the money is non-refundable. I am the manager of the Resort and have never received a phone call or an email from Mr. [redacted].  At this time, I do not feel it would appropriate to refund his money.  Thank you for you time and attention to this matter.

I still have a copy of the email (attached) that the responder claims I never sent. I would also photo the phone calls but my phone only saves the calls for 30 days. They are lying, plain and simple. Why would I pay for a camp site then spend the night in a [redacted] parking lot in King George? This person is basically calling me a liar. I could not camp there because someone was in the camp site I was assigned! I returned the packet and sent an email hoping I wouldn't get charged.

Revdex.com spoke with the business. While the park office is open until 4:30 a packet is left for guest that arrived later than that with a suggested site number. The park was not full that night and the guest could have used the radio at the gate house for any concerns or spoken with the guard that is on duty. This customer did not enter the park to find the park full as it was not that evening. The reservation fee is non refundable.

Review: We have constant interrupted water and electrical service. The only recent repair was done during camping season, rather than off season causing several annual members to move. The park needs a full major overhaul to accomodate the size of the larger rigs. Very little money is put back into the campground for regular maintainence such as road repair and updating the facility.We constantly are running our electrical appliances on low voltage in effect damageing said componets. These problems have been going on for several years.The complaints to the company go unrectified. As I write this letter I am currently running on 108 volts of power.Desired Settlement: The park needs to make required repairs during the off season when its empty or close the place down.
