Due to the nature of driveway repair, the work cannot be completed in the winter months? I have been contacted by the business owner who has promised to finish the job in April when the weather gets warmer? Since the work cannot be completed at this time I would like to withdraw/suspend my complaint to give John K*** an opportunity to remedy the situation this spring? If the work is completed as promised, I will no longer have any complaint at all
